Workshops
Our 6-week series supports early-stage food-based entrepreneurs in identifying their online branding and marketing, developing a budget, pricing their menu, and knowing their customers and audience.
1:1 Coaching
Entrepreneurs participate in one-on-one coaching to craft individuals goals, and develop work plans with coaches for their food businesses. This includes business formalization, marketing, access to funding, and product market testing.
Sales Channels
Entrepreneurs get connected with local sales channels, such as farmers markets and established food businesses, to pop-up and market test their products. This allows entrepreneurs to test and perfect recipes with different audiences and build their networks.
The Mandela Food Business Pathways Program
Our Food Business Pathways Program assists aspiring Black, Brown, Latine, and Asian food-based entrepreneurs rooted in Oakland and Unincorporated Alameda County in planning, funding, and growing their businesses.
Food Business Pathways Workshop Series
The Food Business Pathways Workshop Series is geared toward entrepreneurs of color looking to start or grow their food business. Participants will gain confidence in identifying their online branding and marketing, developing a budget and pricing their menu, and knowing their customers and audience.
